On June 1, 2017, Hassane Bouremel successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis "Clonal sets of a binary relation: theory and applications" at the Université Mohamed Boudiaf in M'Sila, Algeria. He was awarded the title of Doctor of Science in Mathematics, option Discrete Mathematics. The work was a result of the ongoing cooperation between KERMIT and the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of M'Sila and was jointly supervised by Lemnaouar Zedam and Bernard De Baets.
